Our buddies over at AssignmentConstruct always have some really good posts. In Mr. Harrington's new series of videos, and he has spent quite a bit of time putting these videos together - 32 videos in all!!! He describes exactly what he uses on his commercial shoots - from light stands to lights to computers to about everything under the sun.
