I have loved this image since I first took it. Although originally photographed in color, it "sings" in B&W. The somber, innocent expressions of the two little girls just waiting patiently for everyone else to get ready echoes back to those more innocent days - of days gone by - back to the days of images reflecting the feel of the European "old country" when life was slower paced. Camera specs: Hasselblad 500CM medium format camera fitted with 50mm lens, F 4.0 @ 1/30 second. ISO 800 Kodak Vericolor 800 film. Enjoy! -David
