I captured this image just as we were descending for our landing into San Diego in the early evening on Saturday.  I have to say, I love viewing the mountains and mist out of a plane window.  I’m always fascinated by how the mountains gently recede into the distance and then completely from view. Camera specs; Canon 50D fitted with 18-200mm IS lens at 130mm, F8 @ 1/3200 second, ISO 800.  Enjoy!  -David

p.s. Before I’m called on the carpet for my camera settings, I let the “exposure” chips fall where they lie as it was not even a consideration in the fleeting moments I had to make the shot.  -David
