"Hint Of Love"

"Hints Of Love"
© David A. Ziser

I find this an intriguing image in the fact that the bride and groom are mostly out of focus. The sharp focus is on the veil thereby not letting the viewer get past this point. This offers some hint of privacy to the bride and groom under the bride's veil. This quiet moment allowed them to share a soft touch, whisper, or a gentle kiss. Notice too, how the primary compositional element here is the groom. We see more of him, and his soft response to the bride's gentle touch and soft whispers. I think there is a lot going on in this image that tends to call the viewer back for a second and third look. Camera specs; Nikon D1X fitted with 80-200 R lens at 82mm, F3.5 @ 1/60 second, ISO 640.
Enjoy! -David

  1. A beautiful and inspiring picture. I am curious about the choice of camera. I know you to be a Canon shooter

  2. Great picture though on screen there is too much optical illusion and it gives me a headacke to look at it. We'll have to see it on paper.
