This image was made a few years ago on a trip to Lake Erie. I was taken by the bright white lighthouse standing out from the rich, intense, blue sky. The single window, outlined in a muted green, within the solid pillar of white stone completes the composition with it's anchor position in the bottom right of the scene. The higher ISO and smaller F-stop kept everything inn crisp focus so nothing is missed in the presentation. Camera specs; Nikon D1x fitted with Tamron 24-135mm lens at 32mm, F13 @ 1/750 second, IS) 500. Enjoy! -David
