Here is another image I made at Photoshop World last week. It was one of the last images from the precon shoot. We were on our way back to the class room and I was taken by how the leading lines presented themselves as I viewed the scene trough my very wide angle lens. I positioned the bride so that all lines were leading to and embracing her in the composition. The light was coming from a window to my right. I turned the bride's head into the light till I had light reflections in her eyes, a loop lighting pattern on her face and shot away. It's a bit different from my traditional bridal portrait but I still enjoy the composition. Camera specs: Canon 5D Mark II fitted with Sigma 12-24mm lens at 14mm, F5.6 @ 1/50 second, ISO 800.
Enjoy! -David
I love this shot... The lines are beautiful and the light is very nice. I hope you are having fun at your seminar.
ReplyDeleteNicely Done, love the reflections on the floor !
ReplyDeleteGreat shot. I always struggle with finding these kinds of locations without people constantly walking through - and my subjects getting impatient.
ReplyDeleteNicely done!
