I made this image just as the bride was called by the wedding coordinator to assemble in back of the church for the wedding procession. She and the bridesmaids were waiting in the balcony. As they made their way down the many flights of steps to get to the ground floor, I held back and captured this interesting composition of bride, bridesmaids, steps and shadows. Think of the emotions as the bride and her assembly of girl friends make their way very slowly and very carefully down these many narrow cascading steps. It's just moments of heighten anticipation before making that life commitment with her groom. Camera specs; Canon 20D fitted with 10-22mm lens at 10mm, F 4.0 @ 1/30 second, ISO 1600. Enjoy! -David

David, this is FANTASTIC! I love the geometry of the shot, did you have a flash set up below or was the light downstairs just really strong?
