You know, in our digital work flow, everybody gets wrapped up in "best color balance" when that is not necessarily the best option. When designing wedding albums color balance is important, but many times, like with ceremony images, perfect color balance could detract from the beautiful warm, tones of the church.
Also, warm ceremony images on the left side of the page facing cooler images on the right side of the page does not make the best image presentation for the album. Our job is simply, "To make it look it's best." Let me show you in this tutorial. Hit "PLAY" below and take a peek...

ReplyDeleteI noticed you used JPGs all the way, would it be better to use the DNGs or maybe a PSD? Or the album design program doesn't support those formats? Btw, what program is that?
