One of my favorite images from Tuesday's Master Class shoot. This image was taken in the Marriott lobby where they have a beautiful staircase leading to the second floor. The sweeping lines of the railing making it's S-curve through the scene adds a touch of style to the image. The leading lines of the railings and stairs brings your attention directly to the bride. After about 2 minutes of Lightroom to tone down some bright areas in the background and add the slight vignette tweaks and then less than a minute in Photoshop to enhance the bride's face and "sign" the print, I had the final result. Camera specs; Canon 40D fitted with 10-22mm at 21mm, F5.6 @ 1/25 second, ISO 400. Enjoy! -David

You briefly mentioned signing your image. Do you do that for all images you sell or just for images you post online?
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to figure out how to do a workflow that includes sending files out for commercial printing and framing, but still have a way to sign my photos.
Thanks for all your ideas. And, for generously sharing them.
